The location on Lake Conroe is a calm bay shared by the Blue Heron Bay Subdivision, which was developed amongst natural settings and greenbelts.

Developer, Doug Joslyn, designed and built an acclaimed scenic waterfall on the bay for all to view. This waterfall was featured in the Houston Chronicle and listed with the top five other water features in Texas.

Among them, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower center in Austin and the Women’s Garden at the Dallas Arboretum.
